Aloha Dharma is the site of Ron Crouch, a meditation teacher based in Hawaii who guides students through the traditional Buddhist stages of insight (nanas) and concentration (jhanas).
Ron was authorized to teach Vipassana by his teacher Kenneth Folk, who teaches in the Burmese insight tradition.
